Code of conduct at the ski resort

  1. Respect for others
    Trail users must behave in a way that does not endanger or harm others with their behavior or their equipment.
  2. Mastery of speed and behavior
    Each user of the trail must adjust their speed and behavior to their personal abilities, as well as the general conditions of the terrain and weather conditions, the condition of the snow cover, as well as the density of traffic. If a user skis or rides a board on a track that does not suit his knowledge of driving technique, he does so at his own risk.
  3. The choice of direction by the one above
    The user of the track above has the opportunity to choose the route, and he must do so in a way that preserves the safety of all persons below, that is, in front of him. Due to the specific way of riding on board and the reduced angle of visibility, boarders must check their left and right space every time they change direction.
  4. Overtaking
    Overtaking can be done behind, to the right or to the left, but it must always be done in a wide enough arc to be able to predict the movement of the overtaking person.
  5. At the crossroads and on departure
    After stopping or crossing the trail, each user must, by looking up and down, make sure that he can go without danger to himself and others.
  6. Stopping
    Every user must avoid stopping on narrow and impassable passages, and in case of a fall he must clear the track as soon as possible.
  7. Climbing and descending on foot
    The one who is forced to climb or go down the path of the path on foot, must use the edge of the path for that, taking into account that neither he nor his equipment represents a danger to others.
  8. Respect for marking and signaling information
    The user must take into account the information, meteorological conditions, condition of the trails and snow. He must also respect the marking and signaling on the tracks.
  9. Help
    Any person who is a witness or participant in an accident must help by giving an alert. In case of need, as well as at the request of the rescuer, the witness or participant must be made available to them.
  10. Identification
    Any person who is a witness or participant in an unfortunate case is obliged to disclose their identity to the rescue service.
  11. Snowmobile
    The use of snowmobiles is strictly forbidden on the ski resort, except for official purposes.
  12. Use of protective helmet
    The use of a protective helmet is mandatory for children up to the age of 12, and it is also recommended for other skiers and boarders.
  13. Skiing outside the ski area
    and on undeveloped terrains it is at its own risk and the ski pass will be confiscated.
  14. Basic FIS rules and signaling
    at a ski resort that is valid for skiers, it is also valid for boarders.
  15. The ski resort user is not allowed to use the ski resort
    if he is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or some psychoactive drug, or means that negatively affect his abilities.
